Prayer Reflection: Philippians 3

Here’s a prayer reflection inspired by Philippians 3:17-4:1, one of the suggested scripture readings for the second Sunday of Lent, Year C.  It was written by Anne Osdieck.

 

Prayer Reflection

(inspired by Philippians 3:17 – 4:1)

He will change our lowly body to conform with his glorified body. 

Christ,

you tell us

our bodies will

share your glory one day.

 

Please help us now,

in this time before our radiance with you.

Stay by our sides as we plow

through the dark earth

of our lives.
