Here’s a call to worship for Labor Day from the Presbytery of the Cascades.
Call to Worship for Labor Day
God said, “Six days you shall labor and do all your work,
But the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord.”
Jesus said, “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden,
And I will give you rest.”
We come in the name of the Spirit, resting from our labors,
Let us worship God this day!
