Here’s a responsive benediction based on Romans 16:25-27, one of the suggested scripture texts for the fourth Sunday of Advent, Year B (December 18, 2011).
Benediction
(based on Romans 16: 25-27)
All glory to God,
who gives us the strength we need
to live lives consistent with the Good News of Jesus Christ—
Good News for all people, everywhere,
so that the whole world might come to know and love our God.
To the one true and wise God
be the glory forever,
through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
